Your challenge:
As an End User Marketing/Retail & Hospitality Segment Marketing Manager you are responsible for driving consistent End User marketing strategy and activities to stimulate market pull.You define and execute Lead Generation in the market supporting sales funnel creation. You lead the efforts in generating consumer insights analyzing and understanding market trends.
Job Overview:
- Works on problems of diverse scope where analysis of segment marketing data requires evaluation of identifiable factors
- The development of the solution requires a multi-disciplinary approach and knowledge of segment marketing principles, theories and concepts
- Formulates the segment marketing solution for (technical) partial problems that cannot be found by combining previous experiences but by composing newly acquired knowledge
- May lead multi-disciplinary change projects in segment marketing
- Works independently and provides consultative advice within specific functional areas. Introduces segment marketing methods/procedures that are new for the organization
- Sets and manages lead generation campaigns if focused on professional
- Sets and manages end user activations campaigns if focused on consumer
- Leads ONE LIGHTING cross business value propositions targeted to a specific end user segment
- Establishes high levels of customer satisfaction
- Designs marketing activities and programs focused on End User market needs
- Maximizes Lighting's (brand) positioning
- Act as lead qualifier and manage lead nurturing process (as part of lead management)
- Providing meaningful content for web, targeted to customer segments
- Initiate and create strategy of digital campaigns for new and recurring customers
- Manages revenues and IGM targets within the assigned end-user segment
Crucial competencies and experience:
- Bachelor’s or a Master’s degree
- Minimum 5 years Managing Key account Sales experience in previous roles
- Fluent Polish and English (both orally and in writing) is obligatory
- Proven experience and results in lead creation via marketing campaigns and tools
- Understanding Internet of Things (IoT), big data, new technologies in telecoms and IT
- Focus on analytics and set KPIs accordingly: Understand how to translate analytical data / dashboards into improvements
- Show thought leadership on how to build brand preference / awareness through a multichannel approach for new and recurring customers
- Understand how to build a digital CDJ for a lighting proposition
