As a member of the Marketing & Communication Department, you will closely collaborate with colleagues in the Global Talent Acquisition to identify branding challenges and find innovative ways to attract tech talent, as well as create content for storytelling and ensure digital channels internally and externally are competitive and enticing. In partnership with your colleagues from Communication, Digital Marketing and Branding, you will set campaigns and initiatives to strengthen the overall awareness of Hemmersbach as an attractive global employer. - Building and promoting employer brand and Hemmersbach values to colleagues and candidates
- Planning, arranging and executing marketing campaigns and events from conception to implementation
- Promoting our internal career board
- Working with a broad variety of channels with a range of internal and external strategic employer branding communication plans/activities. The content will be related to employee experience, company culture, diversity, perks, and recruiting
- Cooperating with other organizational areas to identify and deliver company initiatives
- Assisting in planning for and managing employer branding events for new talents
- Partner with Marketing & Communication colleagues on digital, social, and traditional media initiatives, video and events
- Defining KPI measurements for success and assess the effectiveness of campaigns
- Bachelor’s degree
- 3 years of Employer Branding experience
- Ability to drive end-to-end Employer Branding activities
- Strong brand ambassador with great storytelling and advocacy experience
- Self-driven in a fast-paced recruiting and Employer Brand environment with the ability to take own initiatives
