Description:
Within the Employee Service Center, provides expertise and support to employees, former employees, managers, HR Delivery staff, and external callers by answering complex inquires;
Researching/resolving issues; interfaces with external resources related to Human Resources, Benefits, and Payroll policies, procedures, programs and tools.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to requests coming from employees, managers, and HR Delivery staff on HR or Payroll policies, procedures and tools;
- Track customer contacts and inquires in Service Now case management system
- Provide information in the area of HR, Benefits or Payroll;
- Research and resolve issues;
- Escalate necessary matters to policy owners for resolution;
- Interface with vendors or other external consultants;
- Participate in team’s projects;
- Work independently with minimal guidance;
- Convey a professional, knowledgeable, helpful and conscientious approach
Requirements:
- Knowledge of Polish Labour Code regulations, of the law of employment and compliance requirements;
- Minimum 2 years of experience in HR, Benefits or Payroll
- Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in HR, Business, or related field strongly preferred, or equivalent experience
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Ability to communicate clearly & concisely
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite of products
- Excellent organizational, communication, analytical and multi-tasking skills;
- Project management skills; business acumen;
- Strong attention to details and accuracy;
- Demonstrated ability to problem solving;
- Exceptional customer service skills;
- Ability to handle confidential issues with discretion;
- Ability to work with minimal supervision;
- Experience with HR or Payroll applications or systems, reports and databases
