- Ensure efficient delivery of services to all stakeholders (entites, regions, employees) in line with agreed Service Level Targets
- Provide quality and timely end-to-end service addressing employee needs across all P&C areas in accordance with Operating Procedures
- Maintain employee lifecycle events according to the corporate and local guidelines in SAP HR and other in scope systems
- Prepare documents and certificates
- Support employee enrollment into relevant benefits plans
- Prepare reports
- Support and promote deployment of agreed communication and service delivery channels
- Identify areas for process improvements and standardization
- Capture and document new procedures, provide process improvements ideas
- Updates existing instructions to accommodate system and process changes
- University degree (Bachelor, Master)
- 2 or 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Knowledge of HR Administration
- Knowledge of SAP HR
- Ability to work in team and drive actions
- Fluent written and spoken English
- Knowledge of French or German is an asset
- Previous experience supporting Switzerland is an asset
