Job Description:
We are looking for an Electronics Engineer for developing, debugging, integrating, and verifying test systems for PCBA validation. The position is based at our Production facility in Szczecin (Poland) and is within in our Lifecycle and Quality team, which is part of R&D. The work will be carried out in close collaboration with both local Production and R&D Engineers as well as engineers from Denmark.

In your new job you will:
- Develop test adapters and fixtures needed to meet PCBA test requirements specs.
- Review technical test requirements specs, analyze, and integrate with Test System including hardware and software (TestStand/LabView).
- Design PCB’s for test adapters and fixtures.
- Plan and coordinate you work in cross-functional team and external suppliers
- Work with test System deployment and post deployment hardware maintaining.
- Create requirements and test cases documentation.
- Create test system documentation.
The ideal candidate is a hands-on, implementer who enjoys working in a cross functional team, and further has most of the following qualifications:
- B.Sc. or M.Sc. in electronics, automation, mechatronics engineering or related
- Experience in National Instruments software (TestStand, LabVIEW)
- Schematic, PCB designing knowledge
- Knowledge of industry standard test and measurement platforms (fixture / test adapter / bed-of-nails)
- Proficiency in test and measuring equipment.
- Experience in signal integrity and data acquisition systems
- Requirements, compliance, validation & verification understanding.
