Job description
Praca zdalna, pełny etat, biegły angielski (zwłaszcza w piśmie), znajomość MS Office, wykształcenie wyższe: marketing/ekonomia/administracja/studia techniczne, doświadczenie w zarządzaniu bazami danych i/lub znajomość social media będzie dodatkowym atutem. Dodatkowo mile widziane doświadczenie w dziedzinach online marketingu, marketingu cyfrowego (digital marketing), e-commerce, rozwoju binzesowego online (online business development). Gotowość do rozwoju i kierowania małym zespołem.
The objective of this role will be to provide support to georgejames ltd and Cambridge Squared ltd staff and
associates to expand on their current network, both using the in house database, the ACT Customer Relationship Management software and third party tools such as LinkedIn.
In addition to work as part of the team to develop and expand e-marketing capabilities to the global life sciences and technology markets, the role holder will be given support and encouraged to develop their skills with training on in-house systems, processes and tools to be given in the UK and local training where required.
It is the longer term goal, that for the right person for this position will provide the opportunity to take responsibility for developing and managing a small team.
TASKS
Understand objectives of ACT and maximise its' value for:
- Outbound Marketing
- As a research tool for vacancies
By
- Continually improving quality of data, lookups and templates in ACT against specified criteria
- Expanding data in ACT for example by ensuring all "key" LinkedIn 1st level connections of team are in ACT
- Evaluating and implementing the E-marketing add-on for ACT
- Seeking new sources for identifying new contacts to add, delegates lists, exhibitions, professional bodies.
Understand the use and potential for LinkedIn and maximise its value for
- Identifying and making initial contact with new contacts to add to ACT against specified criteria.
- Research tool for new vacancies
- Marketing
By
- Evaluating uses of LinkedIn that we are not taking advantage of e.g. Company Page
- Evaluating value of additional add on packages we could buy in LinkedIn
- Consolidating individual 1st level contacts into 1st level contacts with company page or that we at least all
- have the same 1st level connections?
Managing other marketing related material such as:
- Identifying and listing websites and other media where we can advertise jobs for free
- Identifying and listing websites and other media where we can advertise sales programmes for free
- Maintain website library both open access and hidden of articles, videos etc. Plus potentially identifying new material
