Requirements:
- About 2-years experience within e-commerce or distributors’ oriented e-commerce platforms or similar business analysts/ web applications/ websites maintenance and improving projects
- Perfect English (both verbal and written) – to be used in communication with co-workers from 52 contries in EMEA region
- Excellent written & verbal communications skills
- Proven record of technological analysis and implementation
- Ability to process and return on given feedback
- Should be happy to work in a time-pressured environment, handling a variety of tasks, and able to prioritize these as appropriate
- PC literacy essential in a wide variety of applications
- Ability to deliver results on time
Responsibilities:
- Be responsible for the implementation and roll out of E-Commerce Technology including but not limited to all Mobile applications, Online Ordering, Online Contracts, Online shops, Distributor web-shops across the EMEA region and the future progression, maintenance and product planning in order to enhance the service currently provided to the Distributors and drive innovative method forward
- Be responsible for reviewing all technical processes that affect the end user within the Distributor Technology and Services are for the EMEA region
- Be responsible for gaining feedback and coming to own conclusions in order to ensure the highest quality of technological support possible
- Be responsible for the requirement gathering and rollout support aspect of E-Commerce Technology (Desktops and Mobile Applications) across Europe
- Provide support and 2nd line resolutions to operational queries in terms of the E-Commerce Technology
- To develop and maintain the documentation for e-commerce, online Application and mobile roll outs, project plans, schedules, and drive change with the DTS team in the USA whilst changing various aspects when circumstances change
- Research for alternative systems and payment methods in use where need be and providing them at a high quality/cost ratio
- Looking for innovation where this will make a significant positive impact on operations
- Taking on ad hoc projects requested by senior management and Director of Distributor Technology EMEA ensuring deadlines are met
- Interacts with all levels throughout the internal organization and external companies for technology and technical processes & products
