Scope of responsibilities
- co-creation and implementation of the development strategy;
- management and development of a team of employees employed in subordinate departments;
- care for the development of cooperation with the branch in NL;
- supervision over the correct execution of orders and reporting of results;
- making investment decisions, creating and implementing budgetary targets;
- representing the company in contacts with external institutions and organizations;
- cooperation with supervisory and control institutions;
- active participation in employee recruitment;
- conducting business negotiations.
Our requirements
- minimum 5 years of experience in managing a team in the transport industry;
- higher or secondary education in the field;
- ability to effectively manage a team and human resources;
- experience in budget planning;
- ability to react quickly in a dynamic environment;
- strategic thinking;
- being goal-oriented;
- high level of competence in the area of work organization and decision-making;
- communicativeness, ability to work under time pressure;
- communicative knowledge of English;
- driving license cat. B;
- willingness to travel on business;
- knowledge of drivers’ working time and regulations in the transport of goods;
- a certificate of professional competence in road transport of goods will be appreciated;
- good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel).
