Due to the participation of our company in a long-standing (more than 6 years) Maintenance and Modification type projects for Equinor, ENI and Lundin, including more than10 platforms engineering service, we are currently in need of candidates for the following position:
Document Controller
Location: Kraków
Responsibilities:
- The Document Controller/LCI (Life Cycle Information) Coordinator will be responsible for supporting project management processes and methodologies as well as provision timely and accurate project information to secure effective decision making.
- Support the Project Management and Leaders by providing assistance to Engineering and Installation Teams in understanding the Client's requirement specifications to enable correct handover of documentation upon as-built completion and providing accurate project management reporting & metrics during regular review meetings
- Monitor, secure and follow up documentation and retention of all relevant Project Management documents, decisions and changes within the project and the Client.
- Implement the client's specifications for LCI/DFO.
- Develop procedures for technical information management in the project.
- Transfer of experience across disciplines and units.
- Coordinate and update the technical information.
- Follow up LCI deliveries from the project.
- Contribute in the preparation of documentation for the subject area.
- Follow up to the requirements for technical information and work processes are implemented in the projects.
Requirements:
- Secondary or higher education
- Some experience in working with documentation, preferable in an international company
- Very good command of written and spoken English
- Structured and systematic approach
- Good analytical, communication and cooperation skills
- Self-motivated with a proactive attitude
- Ability to work on a number of complex tasks at the same time
- Work experience in oil & gas industry will be an asset
