Dispute Management Team Manager

What do you need to start?
- Certified in at least 1 DGEM Tech Technology within Tower
- Understand the business, its’s volatilities and the impact on organizational finances and services.
- Proven experience as Team Manager
- Experience and knowledge about process improvement methodologies
- Being Subject Matter Expert for Disputes and associated processes
- Fluent English skills
What duties will help you grow?
In this role you will ensure all Service Level Agreements are adhered to and provide the client with a high-quality service and drive continuous improvements. You will promote teamwork, provide employees with coaching and feedback for a small/medium size team. You will network with other functions.
As a Team Manager you will be expected to:
- Have a good understanding of the client system architecture, the CG platform blue print and the Automation Drive Suit and articulate advantages & benefits of using the proposed technological solutions in the client context
- Drive DGEM alignment within the area of expertise
- Apply complex analytical models and problem solving techniques and methodologies to the specific context
- Be aware of the business context for the analyzed data, can draw insights and makes relevant recommendations to deliver valuable outcomes to the client
- Analyzes customer behavior, recommending methods to improve efficiency and AR performance
- Frontline for operational escalations management
- Sets forth the new process and team targets. Has an end to end vision of the overall O2C objectives and synergies between the team
- Identify continuous improvement and productivity improvement opportunities for Dispute activities
- Manages the Dispute and Deduction Process Department of an Engagement
- Responsible for the adequate execution of the Dispute activities undertaken on behalf of the client.
- Sets forth the new process and team targets. Has an end to end vision of the overall objectives and synergies between the teams.
