The Cluster Sales Office – located in Warsaw – is responsible for the implementation of the sales and marketing strategies for 5 hotels of Vienna International Hotels & Resorts in Poland.

Your Responsibilities:
- Responsible for Marketing & PR support for all concerned business units
- Responsible to manage direct commercial strategies in terms of marketing for all related business units
- Responsible for marketing campaigns in order to increase brand awareness and generate revenue of all concerned business units and Vienna International
- Supports hotels in order to achieve / exceed budgeted revenues and market share
- Responsible to monitor collateral, adds and any outside coverage is according to brand standards
- Accountable on extensive coverage within the selected geographical origin of business and local markets
- Responsible for E-Commerce activities to ensure maximum revenue opportunities for all business units
- Responsible for maintaining and developing business relationships with key players in local and international media, relevant chambers of commerce’s and assigned local associations
- Cross marketing/marketing related cooperation
- Social media: Designs, building and maintaining (Twitter, Facebook, Blog’s and so on)
- SEO & SEM
- Monitor market trends and developments to identify new business opportunities and markets
- Identifying and profiling new market opportunities
- Prepares sales & marketing strategy and annual budgets in conjunction with Director of Cluster Sales Office Poland
- Provides effective leadership, recognition, coaching, mentoring and development of direct reports
- Provides training to ensure all team members develop & grow
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar position in the hotel or similar business unit
- Marketing and PR experience
- E-commerce knowledge
- Social Media maintenance
- Knowledge of software such as: Google Analytics, Google Picassa, Corel Draw, Adobe Photoshop CS3, Adobe Flash CS3, Typo3
- Great communication skills
- People management skills
- Very good English written and spoken
