In Poland the company is a start-up and we are looking for them a well-organized, driven and engaging professional for the position:
Working with Digital and Communications teams, Digtal & Social Media Specialist will implement the
social media strategy for the company for our client in Poland and other CEE countries.
In this role, you have the opportunity to:
- Working closely with the social and digital team to extend the online brand presence of the company in Poland; increasing awareness and telling the company story through online social platforms, setting the tone and develop copy for all social media activity and platforms, ensure consistency across the website and social platforms;
- Work with online bloggers and increase Digital brand awareness;
- Working closely with the Digital team to assist with delivering increased web sales of the company products in Poland, either direct or via retailer web sites; using online marketing and web communication to drive people to consider the company brand and then to convert either in store or online.
- Develop, monitor and execute an engaging social media calendar 12 months out. The calendar will plan out product launches, announcements, campaigns and assets, working with the digital and creative teams,
- Feed into video and imagery creation for new product launches, working with the company digital team,
- Centrally create and manage weekly content decks for Facebook and YouTube in Poland;
- Control the content in Facebook in Hungary and Czech Republic;
- Implement a platform to publish content, house previous content and monitor engagement;
- Constantly improve our approach by working with the digital team on analytical information;
- Assist with implementing paid social tools in Poland, which include Canvas, Carousel etc.
- Moderate and fast react on the questions and comments in Facebook and YouTube
- Help in creating assets for paid social;
- Analyze the results and increase web sales through this channel;
- Help in E-commerce and Search in Poland;
- Support in Digital brand marketing (Advertising in display / Social Media / integration with TTL campaigns, Special projects).
- University degree;
- With minimum of 2-3 year’s digital and social marketing experience;
- Effective and concise communicator, both written and verbal in Polish and English;
- Experience in managing social media and online brand activities required (in-house or digital agency – both are preferable);
- Knowledge and experience with e-commerce platforms (e.g Magento, Shopify);
- Practical knowledge of Google AdWords, Google Analytics;
- Experience with coordinating CEE countries;
- An advanced understanding of all social media platforms and trends;
