Digital Marketing Specialist

Scope
Europe (Focus on United Kingdom, Germany, and Poland)
Responsibility
- Keeping up to date with current digital trends
- Ownership of corporate website and paid channels such as LinkedIn and Google
- Effective promotion of online channels by developing & executing online campaigns
- Monitoring performance of website and recommend improvements
- Providing accurate reports and analysis to leadership to demonstrate effective (ROI)
- Conducting keyword research
- Liaising with digital advertising agencies
Interfaces
EU-Sales, EU-Ops, EU-IT, Global Marketing Team
Activities
- Understand the business goals as well as related online Marketing KPIs, and develop plan to improve and set up analytics to measure respected goals
- Define, develop, and execute online campaigns in close collaboration with EU Marketing team to segment and validate audiences
- Oversee Newsletter and E-Mail Direct Marketing, including creation, execution and monitoring of email campaigns, using Marketing automation
- Supervise search engine Marketing activities incl. off-page and on-page SEO activities and SEA
- Oversee website analysis and usability optimization, incl. e.g., conceptualization/ design of campaign landing pages
- Analyze and interpret what behaviours and patterns create customer conversion and retention
- Manage and analyze insights to make recommendations for future online campaigns
Skill requirements
- Creativity | e.g., combining and synthesizing heterogeneous data sources and reporting findings
- Communication | Excellent communication skills and fluent in English
- Collaboration | Interdisciplinary working style with multiple partners and stakeholders
- Experience | 3 years of relevant working experience in Digital Marketing:
- CMS – e.g., WordPress
- Search Engine Marketing – SEO & SEA
- NewsletterMarketing – e.g., Hubspot or Oracle Eloqua
- Website analysis – e.g. Google analytics
- Digital Marketing tools, e.g., Google AdWords
- Experience in database Marketing, data analysis, segmentation, and customer profiling
- Knowledge | European B2B markets
- Beneficial | Knowledge and experience in the transportation and logistics industry
