- Conduct and coordinate regular performance and user experience checks in our client webpages (Overall page performance monitoring, detect and call out spikes and trends, bugs and errors)
- Prepare regular webpage performance reviews (reports in excel and power point presentations) for successful achievement of targets
- Provide In-depth KPI analysis of markets webpages performance and trends, to identify opportunities and provide recommendations/suggestions
- Work independently, take ownership of respective tasks while also work collaboratively in team setting
- Resolve problems through research and critical thinking and obtain resolution independently via technical resources
- Fluent English
- 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing (good understanding of digital marketing domains e.g. content management, platform support and website quality, analytics, UX)
- Project management skills: impeccable time management, prioritization skills with meticulous attention to detail, and highly organized
- Proficient Microsoft office - Excel Knowledge: the candidate should be able to create basic graphs with 2 dimensions (time and visits), handle tables, measure trends; Proficient Power Point knowledge
- Analytical and problem-solving skill
