Job Description
The Digital Communication Specialist / Coordinator follows procedures to coordinate and complete 'batch' type email distribution for global marketing campaigns, regularly scheduled shareholder and financial professional email communications, and special request email communications.
While the primary job function is email distribution through the entire lifecycle,additional email-related duties might include:
- e-mail production support,
- creating and updating process andprocedures guides,
- tracking customers' email feedback,
- educating global business units about email rules and technical capabilities,
- manage administration and troubleshooting for the email tool (Exact Target) and other ad hoc requests relating to email.
- Knowledge of new web technologies in marketing
- Experience of documents
- Corporation attitude
- HTML coding
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite applications
- Fluent English, at Business level
- Requires a bachelor's degree or equivalenttraining and experience
