Digital Marketing Analyst

Requirements:
- 3-5 years of relevant work experience in digital marketing
- Demonstrable understanding of online marketing strategies
- Experience managing various marketing channels (Email, Affiliate, PPC, SEO and Social Media)
- A proven record in setting and achieving your targets and thriving in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
- Able to work autonomously as well having strong interpersonal skills and able to work well in a team
- Strong eye for detail and ability to maintain a high level of accuracy whilst meeting critical deadlines
- Able to challenge and bring fresh ideas to the table, whilst being passionate about online
- Fluent in English
Responsibilities:

The role includes optimisation, testing, analysis and insight, it is a great opportunity for a candidate who is passionate about analytics and can convert data and research into meaningful, actionable insights
- Be the owner for Digital Marketing insight, with a focus on supporting Natural Search (SEO), Email (eCRM), Paid Search (PPC), Affiliates, Display and Social Media
- Produce data and reports on KPI's, such as visits, engagement rates and conversions and looking for new ways to develop existing reporting through automation
- Research into emerging technologies and new ‘best practices’. You’ll constantly be on the lookout for innovative ways of sharing and presenting insights to the business
- Support the optimisation of campaigns, benchmarking performance across channels and conducting MVT and A/B testing
- Conduct ROI analysis to evaluate efficiency and effectiveness of campaigns
- Work with our digital marketing agencies and 3rd party tools
- Support the business in better understanding digital marketing, customer behaviour and market trends, feeding this back as actions and recommendations to enhance the overall digital marketing strategy
- Drive and champion the use of digital data within the team and wider business, including assisting in workshops and presentations in order to transform BI in to a successful digital start up
- Improve how we communicate and work more collaboratively with both internal and external stakeholders
