DevOps Coordinator

What duties will help you grow?
- Schedule and lead weekend checkpoint meetings with customer and Capgemini engineers and keep weekend ingest documentation up-to-date
- Provide guidance to technical teams in regards to high priority incident management handling that arise during weekend ingest jobs
- In case of issues, notify and discuss about priorities with Customer's Manager on Duty
- Cooperate with other teams including external suppliers
- During the weekdays participate in development of Service Management Processes (e.g. Release, Capacity and Patch Management)
