Are you an experienced technical leader, with a passion for delivering great products in a fast-paced environment? Does playing a critical role in the delivery of an industry-leading product, used by community of 150,000+ of IT professionals around the world excite you? Do you enjoy leading a team of smart people and share same passion for engineering with them?
If so, we'd love to talk to you about an opening that we have for a team leader position in one of our .NET development teams.
What would you be responsible for in this role?
- Lead the design of new features, and new products
- Mentor and give directions to the team members
- Responsible for the team's overall performance
- Provide a technical overview of the development team's work
- Ensure that the product meets the specified requirements
- Protect your product from "Pokemon Exception Handling" and "Hydra Code"
Wymagania
What is required for this position?
- Experience leading a commercial software development team to successfully deliver product releases
- Strong problem solving skills
- Strong command of C# and .NET Framework
- Good knowledge of SQL
- Experience with unit testing and good understanding what unit tests are good for
- Solid understanding of the development processes and practices
- Fluent English and good communication skills. English is used on daily basis.
- BS in Computer Science or equivalent experience
What are some desired (not required) skills?
- Experience with web development using ASP.NET
- Knowledge of Javascript, jQuery, ExtJs, AJAX, CSS
- Knowledge of NUnit
- Knowledge of MVC, WCF, WPF, log4net, MSBuild, WiX
- Programming experience with SNMP, TCP/IP, SQL Server (T-SQL)
- Experience with IT technologies (Networking, Security, Systems Management)
- Practical experience with Agile methodologies
