What .NET/C# Development Lead does in SolarWinds:
- Leads the design of new features and new products
- Mentors and gives directions to the team members
- Takes responsibility for the team's overall performance
- Provides a technical overview of the development team's work
- Ensures that the product meets the specified requirements
- Enjoys reviewing code of others and accepts constructive criticism about own code
Wymagania
What is required to succeed in this position:
- Experience leading a commercial software development team to successfully deliver product releases
- Strong command of .NET/C# and SQL
- Production experience with web based development and good knowledge of technologies like HTML, JavaScript, CSS
- Solid understanding of the development processes and practices
- Fluent English and communication skills
- BS in Computer Science or equivalent experience
