Requirements:
- A minimum of 3 years experience of deploying, supporting and troubleshooting
- Windows 7/8.1/10 desktop infrastructure within a large financial (or similar) organization
- Basic Active Directory administrative experience within a medium / large organization
- Application deployment and maintenance, including testing and documentation
- Practical understanding of deploying computer hardware and software
- Experience of supporting a development environment
- Experience working with Call logging systems e.g. Service Now
- Ability to prioritise under pressure
- Strong personal organizational skills

- Basic Experience of general administration of Exchange 2010/2013 & Blackberry Enterprise Server or MobileIron

Responsibilities:
- The primary focus of this role is to proactively work within the Desktop team to support the business globally and be the main technical contact within the Krakow office.
- This role encompasses all areas of technology used within the desktop environment including Microsoft, Mac OS, and a range of bespoke applications supporting both the development environment and general IT infrastructure.
- Day to day tasks will involve various aspects of UK, EMEA, and Global support including, workstation application testing, deployment and maintenance, Print management, patching, rollouts, developer support for both windows and Mac, video, video conferencing, as well as servers and software that support these functions where required. A mixture of PC and Mac support.
- The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate a technical proficiency and depth of experience across desktop related technology for example: Active Directory, TCP/IP, Mac OS, McAfee E-Policy Orchestrator, Mobile Device Management, Microsoft SCCM as well as an in depth knowledge of the Microsoft operating system family. As well as an ability and desire to learn and support a range of technologies in different areas such as Cisco networking and Avaya telephony infrastructure.

- Work independently on a range of disparate technologies.
- Operate on a rota to cover the working day with the potential for on call support.
