In Poland we started our operations in 2007. Our operation in Poland primarily revolves around the global technical support centre through which we provide multilingual Infrastructure Management Support to our clients. Apart from providing multilingual technical support in 15 languages, we also work on technology based projects for our clients.

Tasks:
Designation Consultant provides support for on-call escalations and incident & problem management, adheres to quality standards, regulatory requirements and company policies, independently resolves tickets & ensures that the agreed SLA of ticket volume and time are met for the team.
Daily Activities:
- Ensure positive customer experience and CSAT through First Call Resolution and minimum rejected resolutions / reopen cases.
- Work on value adding activities such Knowledge Base update & management.
- Train new employees, coach analysts & conduct interviews/participation in hiring drives.
- Participate or contribute on EN business in creation of proposals to drive Service improvement plans.
- Create Step by Step Operating System, fresh / upgrade Installation.
- Provide expertise and guidance to technology teams in Windows Desktop Build Support activities.
- Install, run, operate and support of all standard desktops, servers and email system.
Technical Requirements:
- Expert knowledge on Windows Operating System (Win 7 / Win10) including a solid understanding of the Registries, Drivers, WMI, Language Packs, Drives (MBR/GPT), ADK.
- Scripting experience with Powershell, VB, CMD to automate any tasks involving Imaging.
- Ability to apply modifications and customizations to the OS through registry/Group Policies modifications.
- Ability to develop utilities and processes to optimize images and installation procedures, develop and document design specification and build processes including Image Assessments.
- Experience with troubleshooting/debugging software and hardware problems related to the operating system or supporting applications, drivers, and services.
- Experience with Feature Upgrade (Using Task sequence / Servicing plan) & troubleshooting in regards to OS upgrades, managing & troubleshooting WDS, PXE, DHCP, building / capturing / updating Windows Images using SCCM Task Sequence, offline servicing of the images (using DISM, SCCM).
- Experience with Active Directory Services, Bitlocker Encryption, MDT: Role creation, Role modification and naming the workstations.
- Basic knowledge of AD GPO, VMware server, Infrastructure security.
- Experience in Windows OS vulnerability, security assessment and validation.
- Experience in OS Image (WIM) customization and SCCM client level troubleshooting.
- L2 Deployment Tools Experience SCCM/ALTRIS/LANDesk is a must.
- USMT, UDI/HTA, DART, MBAM.
