As a result of dynamic growth of our organization we are currently looking for candidates for the position of Design To Value (DtV) Supply Analyst.
Your responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and interpret product cost, financial, statistical, and technical data.
- Perform products and process cost analysis with a thorough understanding of cost contributing factors.
- Assemble and explain all relevant information in support of business cases creation for Design To Value deployment
- Organize cross-functional idea generation sessions (on-site and remotely) within the domain of expertise.
- Lead DtV Methodology deployment for assigned location. Coordinate activities and support the site in Workshop and idea implementation stages.
- Apply Cost Estimation and Should Costing techniques to drive production and prototypes costs reduction in close collaboration with R&D, Operations and SCM.
- Utilize SCM toolkit for LPP and price history analysis.
- Conduct DtV Supplier Workshops and lead supplier brainstorm sessions focused on design and process improvements.
Your background
- Bachelor’s degree in the field of SCM, Engineering (Mechanical).
- At least 5 years of industrial experience.
- Cost Estimating Expertise/Experience is required.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and cost structures.
- Knowledge of Cost Estimating processes, procedures, and software and the ability to implement effectively.
- Good command of English allowing free communication in an international environment.
- SAP experience and Should cost tools utilization is a plus.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills; statistically literate, problem-solving ability.
- Willingness to travel.
