Design to Value Engineering Analyst

As a result of dynamic growth of our organization we are currently looking for candidates for the position of Design to Value (DtV) Engineering Analyst.
Your responsibilities
- Lead the reverse engineering and benchmarking activities within DtV deployment. Manage and improve the process. Coordinate activities with designated locations. Advise on tools and methods for effective execution and result presentation.
- Lead the DFMA activities under DtV umbrella. Provide training on DFA and DFM concepts. Conduct complex analysis to provide suggestions for improvements. Apply DFMA methods for parts and assemblies.
- Support and lead the analysis related to Improvements for operations and manufacturing processes. Prepare and present outcome to support idea generation session.
- Organize and facilitate of cross-functional Workshops (on-site and remotely) within the domain of expertise.
- Gather, analyze, and interpret product cost, financial, statistical and technical data.
- Perform products and process cost analysis with a thorough understanding of cost contributing factors
- Assemble and explain all relevant information in support of business cases creation for DtV deployment.
- Lead DtV Methodology deployment for assigned location. Coordinate activities and support the site in Workshop and idea implementation stages.
Your background
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Electrical, Mechanical).
- At least 5 years of experience in quality, manufacturing, product design or related area.
- Effective use of Creo Parametric, SolidWorks or equivalent CAD program.
- Good command of English allowing free communication in an international environment.
- Working knowledge of new product introduction, manufacturing processes, design for manufacturability, design for assembly.
- Lean management certification is an advantage.
- Knowledge and experience in Product Lifecycle Management.
- Previous Project Manager experience will be an additional advantage.
- Willingness to travel.
