Currently we are looking for the candidate for the position of:
Departmental Assistant - Internal Audit Services
Location: Lodz, Poland
Key responsibilities:
- Preparation of internal performance reports, review of certain areas of departmental performance
- Maintenance and administration of projects plan
- Organizing and coordination of business travels for department staff
- Organization of internal meetings, preparation of agendas and dissemination of meeting minutes
- Preparation of presentations
- Maintenance of documentation and information flow in the department
- Email/phone contact with clients, suppliers, employees
- Coordination of internship program and interns
- Organization of departmental events
Requirements:
- At least 1 year experience in similar position
- Excellent organizational skills
- Good communication & interpersonal skills
- Very good command of English (written and spoken)
- Eye for details
- Pro-activeness
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Ability to work under time pressure
