Assisting to Departmental Managers, staff and the whole organization in administrative actions
Organizing and coordination of business travels for department staff
Foreign employees’ relocation arrangements
Organization of internal meetings and events
Maintenance of documentation and information flow in the department
Email/phone contact with clients, suppliers, employees
At least 1 year experience in similar position will be an asset
Fluent English
Excellent organizational skills
Very good communication & interpersonal skills
Very good knowledge of MS Office (mainly Excel & Power Point)

Ability to work under time pressure and in multi-tasking environment
Ability to work in accordance with procedures and report any rules violations
