Your role:
Philips challenges you to deliver a sales plan for the assigned market by working closely with customers, key account managers, sales manager, controller & marketing for that market. You will lead Market S&OP process with General Manager, Sales, Marketing, Finance to underpin business plan.
In this role you will be responsible for:

Leading Market S&OP process to assure most accurate demand plan

Driving customer / channel based demand planning to realize world class customer service level and inventory targets

Demand Plan accuracy
-
Demand confirmations review with Supply Planning
-
Executing the Phase In Phase Out (PIPO) process for planning in the Market
-
Identifying risks & opportunities to the financial plans
-
Driving Finnish Goods inventory health through forecast quality
-
Executing customer collaboration programs
-
Managing performance and builds capabilities of a Demand Planning Team
We are looking for a person who fits the following requirements:

Graduate with master degree
-
Fluent English (both orally and in writing) is a must
-
10+ years of Supply Chain Management roles at Country level or Business
-
5+ years of proven experience in Global demand planning, forecasting or Sales & Operations related functions
-
5+ years of proven capability to rapidly understand, use and drive improvements in new processes/systems
-
3+ years of demonstrated ability of commercial/industrial/consumer markets, customers and services/products with ability to design and execute business processes around customer needs
-
5+ years of direct people management with min 3 years of regional/global experience
-
Detailed Knowledge of SCM process, Systems

Expertise in driving operational excellence delivering reliable and predictable outcomes

Expert/strong knowledge of statistical methods and analytical techniques
-
Advanced knowledge of forecasting and demand planning, sales and operations planning, distribution and related concepts

Execution mindset

Communicates strongly & Instills pride

APICS training/certification in CPIM or CSCP will be an advantage

Practical knowledge of SAP APO is a must

Computer skills: MS Office advanced.
