Currently we are looking for candidates for the position of:
Data Science Director
A workplace: Kraków
Your responsibilities
- Development of AI & Machine Learning algorithms and tools applicable in eCommerce space
- Building data science team
- Organize engineering best practices within the team (code review, feedback, testing, etc.)
- Researching and devising innovative models for data analysis
- Responsibility of performing complex analyses, including optimization, machine learning, social-science modeling, and statistical analysis, parametric and non-parametric statistical models and techniques
- Responsibility of the design of algorithms that require different models/methods to be used together
- Participation in the entire process of creating new and developing existing features
- Collaborating with Product Team and IT Directors
Our requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Data Scientists or similar
- Master’s degree in statistics, applied mathematics, or Computer Science
- Experience with SQL, and programming languages (i.e. Python, SAS)
- Proficiency with data mining, mathematics, and statistical analysis
- Experience with analyzing large data sets and good knowledge of machine learning algorithms and tools (Pandas, Keras, TensorFlow or similar)
- Experience with project management and team management
- Solid understanding of MarTech market, technology, and digital marketing concepts
- Fluency in English, both spoken and written
- Creativity and interest in industry innovation
