- Performing documents check, transaction verification and research on a range of customer types with different structures in all jurisdictions
- Perform reviews through agreed process stages, with reference to clients’ policies and procedures, to drive effective and agreed early resolution
- Reviewing publicly available sources for information pertaining to customer due diligence
- Ensuring all queries received are responded to in a timely manner
- Maintaining delivery of a high quality service level to clients and ensuring any queries are dealt with in a professional manner and escalating where appropriate
- Understand and act in compliance with Accenture and its client’s policies and procedures with regard to Data Protection.
- Ensuring a professional relationship is maintained with external clients and stakeholders at all times
- Assisting in drafting and documenting policies, procedures and processes as and when required
- Promoting a strong compliance culture within the company
