Purpose of the role:
We seek an experienced, detail-oriented, tech savvy professional willing to support a multi-national business support team by focusing on the company’s account data within the enterprise sales platform (Client Success Platform powered by Salesforce).
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving data integrity and quality through data stewardship activities while working with key points of contact in the global sales community and project accounting community. This position is dedicated to advancing the quality of account data within the Buildings, Infrastructure and Advanced Facilities (BIAF) line of business (LOB) while working in partnership with similar roles in the Aerospace, Technology and Nuclear (ATN) LOB and Corporate functions.
The focus of the Client Success Platform (CSP) is to serve the global sales community as an enterprise sales platform where sales teams can collaborate on clients, key contacts, win strategies to manage the opportunity pursuit process and elevate the business insight capabilities to allow Jacobs to win more work and grow profitably. CSP is the single source of truth for client accounts and feeds the enterprise financial systems with account data.
The position is located in Kraków, Poland and will be cooperating closely with the CSP team based in the United States, as well as BIAF data stewards in multiple geographies.
- Preserve Account data integrity and quality in the Client Success Platform (CSP)
- Verify, validate, de-duplicate Accounts
- Adhere and uphold CSP Account naming convention guidelines
- Establish and maintain Parent – Child Account hierarchy
- Review, approve, and manage Confidential Account requests per Knowledge Article guidance
- Respond within the platform to @Data Stewardship Requests
- Review reports and update as necessary:
- Lead contact for all BIAF Data Stewards
- Collaborate with ATN Lead Data Steward to maintain data quality between Account Leads and Lines of Business
- Work with CSP System Administrator to resolve Account issues and contribute to existing Knowledge Articles when work processes change.
- Around 5 years’ experience working with a client relationship management system (Salesforce, MS Dynamics, etc.) with respect to Sales, Accounts, Customers, Contacts, and Opportunities
- Fluent English (written and spoken) is a must
- Strong organization and coordination skills, detail and task oriented, and passion for data quality
- Strong ability to analyze and interpret information coming from multiple sources
- Confidence to ask questions and seek additional information
