Responsibilities:
- Act as escalation point for HCS privacy champions in dealing with data privacy requests and assist with any coordination between teams
- Assist Relationship Managers and Data Privacy Champions in responding to client RFPs/security questionnaires
- Manage HCS privacy team mailbox
- Provide input to the Data Privacy Champion forum
- Create and report on privacy KPIs / metrics
- Build/own HCS data privacy page on Aon Avenue
- Assist with maintenance of Data Privacy documentation
- Champion the importance of data privacy across the HCS business and support the continued education of colleagues
- Communicate progress against the data privacy delivery plan to include updates on risks, actions, issues, and decisions
- Ensure that processes concerning data privacy are followed and identify recommendations for improvement
- Assist with management of data privacy initiatives as required
Requirements:
- Previous admin experience 3 - 5 years in PMO or similar role
- Good analytical, organizational and planning abilities
- Ability to lead and implement projects, especially projects that involve senior stakeholders’ participation
- Excellent Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Adobe Professional PDF skills
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Data Privacy knowledge will be an advantage though training will be provided
- Fluent English language skills are essential
