Tuesday-Saturday: 10am – 6pm
As a Data Management Analyst you will be responsible for the validation and manipulation of data, images and electronic files to load into both internal and external client systems. Attention to detail and strong problem solving skills are essential and experience with e-discovery software, particularly Relativity, is advantageous. Some scripting or programming experience would be beneficial.
Working as part of the Data Management group you will be responsible for successful execution and problem solving related to advanced technical processes and procedures, resulting in high quality, timely deliverables for internal and external clients. Data Management Analysts work closely with many other teams including other analysts, project managers, and executives to ensure work requests are completed timely and accurately.
- Working with internal applications and databases to export data, images and native files from internal systems to a required format
- Normalizing data received from third-party clients
- Learning new technologies and processes and communicating to others if required
- Prioritizing multiple projects with similar deadlines
- Developing and documenting custom procedures, processes and tools accurately, recording information and communicating to others where necessary
- Assisting with migration of data from internal and external systems ensuring data is verified
- University degree (Computer Science preferred) and/or relevant work experience
- Experience in data manipulation and scripting
- Strong motivation to learn and create new and effective processes
- Good time management, organization, and delegation skills
- Ability to make sound technical decisions in a fast-paced environment
- Fluency in English
