Working within our Department, Data Administrator will assist the team in delivering a high quality and effective service to the clients (handling complex conversations, processing inbound correspondence). Prior to project commencement you will be fully trained by our staff in order to obtain the necessary know-how. Working with German speaking customers is a great opportunity to improve your language skills and gain valuable experience that may be crucial in your future career.

- be in charge of supporting customers business by administrating their requests and phone queries
- be able to use your language skills in practice
- You easily communicate in German and English

- Multitasking is no problem for you
- German and English at least B2 level
- Experience in Customer Service Environment would be an asset
- Computer literacy, especially proficiency in MS Office
