As a Data Administrator you will be part of the team that supports the progressive finalization of tasks which are required to finish a single project within the CRM system. Your duty will be to undertake a range of activities according to the customer or expert provider.

- Be handling and processing data supplied by different customers;
- Ensure the data is accurately input and complete;
- Keep case notes up to date, concise and relevant;
- Be making outbound calls, chasing medical providers for medical records;
- Operate within the area of accountability;
- Keep up to date with business knowledge;
- Be able to gain the necessary understanding through effective questioning and listening;
- Be achieving targets for quality and utilisation;
- Understand and apply the Data Protection Act.
- You easily communicate in English;
- You are a people person with a can-do attitude;

- BA/BS degree;
- English at least C1 level;
- Strong focus on delivering constant quality;
- Expertise in an administrative, customer service or data entry/processing roles will be an asset.
