Aon is currently recruiting for a Cyber Security Consultant working in the global Cyber Risk Consulting team based in Krakow.
The Cyber Risk Consulting team works with clients to identify and quantify their cyber risks; assisting them with the selection and implementation of appropriate risk mitigation and transfer solutions; and by providing strategies following a major loss to ensure the continuity of their operations.

You will be working with clients as a part of The Cyber Risk Consulting team to find the most efficient way to protect their systems against any potential attacks. Within your role, you will be responsible for delivering cyber risk advisory services that include:
- Delivering across a range of Cybersecurity services:
- Cybersecurity Risk Assessment
- Cybersecurity Capability and ISMS Maturity
- Cybersecurity Optimisation
- Incident Response Readiness
- Assisting with the sales and business development activities that includes sales pipeline analysis, proposal writing, client presentations
- Building constructive business development networks within Aon and outside the business
- Producing high quality deliverables as part of a team
- Understanding and anticipating client needs
In this role you will be working as a real-time Consultant working directly with the Client Teams to resolve specific Cyber issues and work as a trusted advisor on bespoke solutions. This is not a support or back-office function, but a diverse, challenging function which would skyrocket your growth in the Cyber Solutions space.
- Record of advising the Clients as a trusted consultant
- Proficient English language (CEFR level C1/C2)
- Experience of developing and managing positive client relationships
- Strong team player with experience of working in virtual teams
- Experience in data analytics/reporting
- Experience or desire to work within Cyber Security Assessments and Cyber Frameworks
- Previous experience in security consulting, security architecture, enterprise architecture, business continuity, and/or crisis consulting an advantage
- Risk, Security, or Assurance certifications a big asset but not required
