For our Client one of the biggest and most recognizable company within sanitary and installation products we are searching for Customer Service Representative Specialist with English and Russian
Job location: Skawina (close to Cracow)

- Providing the customer service for the Clients via phone, mail, chat regarding export and import
- Dealing with documentation
- Shipments proceeding in accordance with transport and customs procedures
- Cooperating with different departments
- Updating system with the relevant information
- Dealing with payment execution
Requirements:
- Good knowledge about English and Russian min. B2 but preferably C1/C2
- Good knowledge of MS office, Internet, Windows
- Experience in customer service, sales, contact with Clients, logistics area
- Some knowledge about technical area, technical experience will be an asset
- Experience in the area of building industry products (particularly in sanitary and installation branch will be an asset)
- Driving license cat. B
- Work permit in Poland
