We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist to help our customers solve technical problems while using our product and service.
The Customer Support Specialist's responsibilities include solving customer problems, recommending solutions and guiding product users through product features and functions. To be successful in this role, you should be an excellent communicator who can earn the trust of our customers. You should also be familiar with support software.
Ultimately, you will help build our reputation for providing excellent customer service during all sales and post-sales procedures.
- More than 1 year of relevant experience in a customer focused position involving technical knowledge of a companies' products and services.
- Time-management skills and the ability to establish reasonable and attainable deadlines for resolution
- Proficiency in English.
- Extensive experience working with different operating systems including Windows and Mac OS.
- Knowledge of our industry will be an added advantage.
- Experience using support software and remote support tools.
- Comfortable working in and assisting others through company help desk software, such as REST in addition to other remote access desktop programs.
- Application log analysis.
