Customer Support Specialist
Location: wielkopolskie, Poznań (okolice), Przeźmierowo (pow. poznański)
Job description
The ideal candidate should have a good customer-oriented mindset with some authentic experience in customer support, and demonstrate very good computer skills. The interested candidates should have a good written and spoken English skills and willingness to do shift work are a must. Knowledge of any other foreign language will be an additional advantage.
Summary of Role:
- The Customer Support Specialist is first point of contacts for clients and resolves their request by email / chat / telephone.
- Monitoring and responding quickly and effectively to customers' requests
- Evaluating the severity of the users problem and acting accordingly (e.g. alerting a developer in case of a system bug, or contacting the finance department in case of issues with billing etc.)
- Following up with customers to ensure the issue has been resolved and gaining feedback from customers about the system usage.– Creating client databases
- Managing orders
