Customer Operations at Agfa Graphics:

You as a member of our team:
You will be responsible for receiving, recording, and processing customer orders, enquiries and complaints. A customer service specialist interacts with our clients using telephone, e-mail and ticket systems. You'll be exposed to a diversity of clients in an international environment and get the chances to build and maintain a client base providing them long-term customer support:
- Receive, record, process and follow up customer orders or service requests
- Manage customer enquiries concerning product availability, deliveries, forecast, invoicing, and returns
- Follow-up on supply issues; align internally and keep customers informed Organise/request urgent transport when needed
- Ensure efficient planning of dispatch of engineers to customer sites for install and fix of equipment
- Promote and support the use of our Agfa Graphics Internet Sales tool
Wymagania
- Fluency in German or/and French language(s), both written and spoken
- Communicative English (office language); knowledge of Polish not required
- Outstanding communication skills.
- You can explain complex matters in clear language and you feel comfortable communicating with different stakeholders through different channels.
- The capacity to work as a true team player
- Proficiency with SAP is a plus
- Comfortable in using excel is a bonus
- First experience in customer operations is an asset
