- Be first contact for all incoming calls (FMCG customers, forwarding agents, Service Center etc.);
- Support for Customer Service Coordinators in account management;
- Identify the causes of problems and preventing their re-occurence;
- Cooperate with other CHEP-departments to ensure professional, rapid and competent solutions to customers' enquiries
- Collate and format monthly reports, including data and graphs;
- Coordinate flow and processing of new accounts, including monitoring progress;
- Be responsible for analysis, structuring and preparation of all incoming customer enquiries for further development of proactive customer services;
- Be Receiving, solving and/or accurate forwarding of incoming calls to other CHEP departments;
- Participate in current department projects and other tasks as delegated by the Manager.
- Status of a student of last years
- Good analytical skills and good command of Microsoft Office (Excel and Power Point)
- Very good command of English
- Strong reasoning and interpersonal skills
- Excellent time and task management skills
- Very good organization of work
- Ability to work in a team
