Additional skills considered as a plus
- prior experience in sales / customer service (especially B2B)
- experience with task systems like Jira Software / Service Desk
- business acumen and preferably some technical background
What responsibilities you will have?
- build and maintain relationships with existing Dealavo customers
- respond to enquiries and educate guide our Customers through our products
- troubleshoot problems for Customers
- coordinate solutions with IT and technical support team
