- Proactive customer service
- Business analysis of customer accounts and objectives
- Strategy plan creation
- Implementation plan and schedule creation
- Monitoring tools and results
- Suggesting improvements
- Business consultations with the client
- Processing new implementations (Custom Design)
- Helping customers achieve their goals
- Success metrics attempt to measure the strategic impact on business goals
- Multiple channels and platforms support
- Preparation and organization QBR
- Preparation of plans for new implementations
- Conducting webinars on new functionalities and implementations
- Requesting new templates, forms, landing pages, and frames for production
- Notification of corrections and modifications to previously prepared implementations
- Implementation of new functionalities on customer account
- Regular meetings with clients and maintaining strong business relationships
- Reporting customer feedback
- Proven work experience as a Customer Success Manager or similar role
- Experience working with brand image and promoting value through customer experience (good to have)
- Exceptional ability to communicate and foster positive business relationships
- Technical skills are required as they relate to the use of the product or service
- Accountability and personal organization are essential
- Experience in managing a diverse group and training each according to company standards
- A communications or marketing degree is preferred
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Multi-tasking abilities
- Patience when handling tough cases
- Fluency in English (B2/C1) both in writing and verbal communication
- Fluency in Spanish (B2/C1) both in writing and verbal communication
