Customer Success Intern (English and Russian)
Description
We're on the lookout for an ambitious Customer Success Intern who would like to start their professional career in customer service and learn the GetResponse platform inside out.
Key responsibilities:
- respond to enquiries and educate our Customers on our products by chat and email
- troubleshoot problems for Customers
- coordinate solutions with IT and management
- help customers build successful businesses
You'll convince us if you:
- speak native Russian and your level of English is min. C1 in speaking and writing
- are available a minimum of 20 hours per week
- are eligible to work in Poland because you have a student status
- are open to new experiences and ready to acquire new information at a fast pace
- are ready to work with customers and co-workers from all over the world
- have superior verbal and written communications skills
- are an outgoing "people person" with an upbeat attitude
