Customer Success Advisor

As a Customer Success Advisor, your job would be to:
respond to enquiries and educate our Customers on our products by chat and email
troubleshoot problems for Customers
coordinate solutions with IT and management
help customers build successful businesses
You may be the perfect match if you:
have excellent language skills in English (at least C1 level); any additional language such as Russian, Portuguese, Spanish, German, French or Italian would be an asset
are ready to work late shifts: 3 PM-11 PM and 11PM-7AM
have online marketing acumen and preferably some technical background
are open to new experiences and ready to acquire new information at a fast pace
have the ability to easily handle a number of interactions at the same time
have superior verbal and written communication skills and are ready to master your speed-typing skill
are an outgoing “people person” with an upbeat attitude
