Opis stanowiska
- Customer service (contacts by mail and telephone);
- Planning transfers;
- Coordination of means of transport, car rentals;
- Room reservation in hotels;
- Meeting customers at the airport or train station;
- Organization of negotiations;
- Controlling, monitoring and holding of financial transactions with customers;
- Monthly reports
Wymagania
- Residence in Poland;
- Good level of English and/or German;
- Excellent knowledge of the computer and office programs;
- Flexibility and adaptability; ability to thrive under pressure;
- Previous working experience on a similar position is an advantage.
