Customer Service Trainee/ Support

Job Purpose:
This position will be responsible for supporting Customer Service activities by providing quality professional customer service to a variety of business and market segments in a way that maintains and improves the business and sales activity in our overseas markets.
Duties (all the duties mentioned below will require mostly support):
- Generating customer orders and invoices and assures accuracy
- Working directly with Sales, Planning, Production, Engineering, Quality and Shipping to communicate customer needs.
- Being responsible for international order processing.
- Preparing required export documentation in a precise manner.
- Expediting customer requests, return materials, monitoring order status, communicates product availability, confirm proper pricing, resolves discrepancies while taking whatever action is necessary to meet the customer needs.
- Helping to build and maintain international customer relationships through various means.
- Working closely with Sales and Quality to ensure timely and fair resolution of customer concerns and complaints.
- Resolving all customer complaints, billing and service issues and assures all product related issues are referred to the proper department.
- Answering phones and emails in a timely and professional manner.
- Filing and general office duties required.
Skills/Qualifications:
- Fluent English is a must
- German is a plus
- Good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel)
- Self-motivated, able to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, multi-tasking, team environment while maintaining excellent working relationships with people in a wide variety of functional areas.
