What will you do:
- Performing root cause analysis on customer issues leading to resolution (IoT area) using multiple tools and programs
- Solve customer complaints as a priority within agreed time and with highest quality
- Initiate and coordinate communication with different interface partners on complex topics till final resolution
- Update client knowledge base with ready solutions and process improvements
- Support in finding similar error patterns and fields for improvement

- Experience in working with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, is a must
- Experience in working on reports, sorting and analyzing data (knowledge of reporting tools such as Tableau is nice to have)

- High proficiency in English & German (C1 level) is a must
