On behalf of our Client, a global BSC recently established in Tricity, we are currently seeking Candidates for the position of Customer Service Team Leader with German.
Holding the position of Customer Service Team Leader you will be expected to manage and lead Customer Service team and manage work allocation and the performance appraisal process for Customer Service team employees. Additionally you will set daily, weekly and monthly targets for Customer Service processes together with Customer Service Manager and other Customer Service Team Leaders and maintain a high standard of employee engagement through training, coaching and education. Furthermore you will ensure timely processing of documents related to Customer Service and ensure that targets are met. Customer Service Team Leader will also ensure a very high standard of customer service in line with agreed SLAs and make sure that Front Office Customer Service team is able to take the responsibility for the orders.
To be successful in this role you will need to have university degree (educational background in business administration, commercial studies or logistics) together with significant supervisory experience (in customer service in an international environment would be an asset). Fluency in English is required. Knowledge of German will be your strong asset. Experience in using computer ERP systems and good practical knowledge of MS Office tools are essential. You should have strong interpersonal skills with the ability and confidence to operate at senior levels within company clients together with strong communication skills. Moreover you should have significant leadership skills, be team oriented and have in-depth customer service knowledge.
