- Customer service- voice and non-voice for a popular fashion brand via phone, email, social media, live chat. We take a break from phone calls on Sundays, we only handle chat. :)
- Providing reliable and accurate information in response to customer queries and issues.
- Actively communicating within the team and supporting team members.
- Experience in telephone customer service or work of a similar nature is welcome.
- Fluency in spoken and written Danish and Polish (min. C1).
- Knowledge of English at B2 level for communication in the team and during training.
- Excellent computer skills and MS Office skills.
- Shift work: Mon-Fri. 8:00-16:00/11:00-19:00 + 3 days on weekends 9:00-17:00.
- Working 5 days a week. If you work at the weekend, your days off are during the week.
