- processing orders from Eastern Europe
- coordinating products availability in cooperation with productmanagement and purchasing department
- in time invoicing, shipping and export documents settlement incooperation with logistics provider and external forwarders
- contact on a daily basis with customers and sales team
- monitoring customer credit and AR in cooperation with financedepartment
- at least 2 years of experience in customer service department
- fluent English (German or Russian will be a huge asset)
- international sales/ logistics or export procedures (within/outside EU) experience
- excellent communication and computing skills
- SAP competence will be an advantage
