Customer Service Specialist

Responsibilities:
- Caring for the sales development through the implementation of "Order-to-cash" process (starting from the order, through his service; customer claim handling and execution)
- Building and maintaining good relationships with internal and external customers and taking care of them; phone and e-mail contact with customers (update on delivery of products), answering product and service questions, solving logistics issues, participation in global productivity projects
- Cooperation and coordination of operational activities with other departments of the company in terms of customer orders (local Sales and Marketing, Warehouse; Financial Controlling, Plannists, Transport Company)
- Processing customer orders in SAP
- Solving the claims of customers
- Create and maintain customer credit and debit notes
Requirements:
- Work experience in customer service
- Experience in working on SAP system – nice to have
- Good knowledge of English
- Problem-solving oriented
- Attention to detail
- Great organization skills
- Multi-tasking skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
